「I forgot pair of earrings in the room and called the hotel 3 times and received a message to call back later. I then received a text from the hotel. I texted back and described the earrings. The hotel rep texted they would relay the message and keep me updated 11/3. I texted today 11/7 for an update and have received no response. Disappointed.」

「The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and warm. The parking lot was clean. Easy highway access, close to the airport and a easy drive to the Expo or Tally's Good Food Cafe. Unfortunately the outlining properties leave much to be desired.」

「We stayed overnight with a late check-in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.」

「清潔で快適でした。スタッフも親切でした。 洗濯機が故障しているのは改善してほしい」
