「Amazing stay at Croc's!!! Staff were very helpful and kind. The room had a beautiful view and amazing smell upon entry. The amenities were great, from the pool service to the restaurants on site. The pool was also very spacious. The Casino and $2 margaritas were a plus!!!」

「The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. Our local flight was cancelled the day before our stay and Joseway sent a driver to pick us up 6 hours away. He also took care of all our excursions. Rodrigo took care of our made to order breakfast every morning and is so kind. It is a Great location! It’s a 3 min. Walk to the beach and 5 min. to Manuel Antonio National Park.」

「We had a wonderful stay and the staff is fabulous. Big thanks to the bar and restaurant staff for the extra care and detail in helping our 5 year old celebrate his birthday. :) Also a very special thanks to the cleaning lady who decorated our room without being asked and made it very special. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, food is great and in an excellent location in Manuel Antonio. We saw so much wildlife on the hotel grounds and areas surrounding it. We will definitely be back! 」

「This place is really beautiful with gardens and ocean view. Hotel offers a shuttle to get you around the various areas of the hotel. Public transportation right across the street brings you to Manuel Antonio beaches and National Park.」

「Nacional Parkの入り口のすぐ近くで立地はとても良いです。部屋も清潔で満足です。ハイシーズンだったため値段が高めでしたが、オフシーズンで金額がもう少し安くなればまた利用したいです。昼食に6Fのレストランに行きましたがハンバーガーが出てくるのに1時間近く待たされたので総合評価をマイナス１にしました。そのため夕食はホテルの外に行きましたが立地的には周りにもレストランはあるので問題はありませんがせっかくなら景色の良いホテルのレストランで食事をしたくなるような雰囲気であればよかったかと思います。」
