"This hotel felt like a previous condo complex - many individual buildings with several rooms per building. It sits right on the harbor and a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants and shops along the harbor. Our room was spacious and clean and seemed well maintained. We had a view of the harbor even being behind other hotel buildings. There was no A/C and got a little warm so we kept the sliding door and two windows open at night and it cooled down enough. My wife used the workout room and said it was decent. There is a nice (but somewhat dated) restaurant and bar on-site but didn’t appear to be busy at all. There are also no elevators so you must lug large suitcases up or down the stairs so could be difficult for some people. Overall was a good value with a good location near shops and restaurants and easy to get in and out of."
Waldport Bayfront Hotel and Restaurant

"During the summers the rooms can become pretty hot, and there's no air conditioner to cool things down. Everyone cooked while staying there. The overhead ceiling fan didn't even help. It was way too hot, and that made things uncomfortable. We had to sit in the car, just to cool down."

"The room was clean, but my daughter and granddaughters were not happy about the odor of smoke and ran the cold air all night to help clean the air. There was no Kleenex in the room."

"This place is great, built in the 1940’s totally has that vibe. We travel with our dogs and this is ideal for dogs. You get a « dog bag » upon check in which also contains a bowl and treats! Beach access is excellent, this was our second time staying here. Nothing fancy but perfect for our needs."
