"I usually don’t do reviews but I have to give feedback for others if they plan to stay at Alezboo hotel. The customer service is ok but checking was not a good experience. I booked a room for family of 3 which is with an infant under 1 year old. I asked for a crib, they said they don’t have and it’s broken. But they gave us 2 twin beds when iBook a room for king bed.
