The sculpture property had 30 people working on it every day. It was like a postcard.Everyone was helpful, especially Tam at front desk. They brought fruit to your room. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and changed every day.

Will definitely come back when in Muine.

Pros: Beautiful resort on an awesome wide strech of beach that was always kept clean. Pretty well maintenaid garden. Very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Cons: Room description on booking confirmation was wrong. It said 1 double + 1 twin bed, but no such rooms exist.

Simply The Best.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Place was sparkling clean. Gardens and pool were well cared for. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were lovely and beach was clean, flat and a good distance from water so no foot traffic passing through resort. Also, had a small issue learning to adjust hot water in shower properly...so they switched it out for a new one. Will return!!!

Nice place to stay. Well located and plenty of restaurants in the area. Only one limitation, no kiteboarding support from the support. However, if walk 50 m to the south, the folks at Paga will willingly help you.

Absolutely Not recommended!! ROOM SERVICE STOLE OUR THINGS!! We checked out today and we are totally upset! Compared to other Hotels in Vietnam we paid quite a lot, what we got in return was the following: - Rooms smell terrible, need a renovation and we found dead insects under the sheets ! - staff, especially in restaurant, doesn’t speak English at all, food on the menu partly doesn’t exist, ordering difficult - breakfast quality not really high - at checkout we asked if the hotel transport could drive us 1.5 km to our bus stop, reception told us they don’t have drivers, which is unrealistic - AND THE WORST THING: WE HAVE PROOF THAT THE ROOM SERVICE MUST HAVE STOLEN OUR AIRPODS (value: 150 euros) AND A SILVER BRACELET (value: 500 euros) AS WE HAD IT BEFIRE WE LEFT THE ROOM AND IT WAS GONE AFTERWARDS the only good thing to say is the garden area is beautiful, but as our things got stolen we don’t recommend coming back!

Останавливаюсь не первый раз, небольшой уютный отель. Хорошие завтраки - шведский стол. В номерах чисто. Отель расположен в центре туристической зоны. На ресепшен персонал хорошо и уверенно говорит на английском. Большую помощь оказал Андрей, он помогал при общении на русском, консультировал и переводил для администратора. Морской пляж расположен непосредственно рядом с территорией отеля. Разочаровало размещение в разных частях отеля (я бронировал два номера). К сожалению мест у бассейна в отеле на всех постояльцев нехватает. Гости занимают лежаки у бассейна полотенцами и отсутствуют целый, день, за этим никто не следит. В отеле работает ресторан, но пообедать и поужинать можно рядом с отелем, близко находится много кафе и ресторанов, а также магазинов с сувенирами.

My stay was very comfortable, quiet, and enjoyable. However, I did not find the breakfast to be the greatest; especially that when you show up 45mins before end of breakfast time, the selections are very minimal. Most of the good stuff has gone by then. The beach was clean and wonderful, the pool very good. Unfortunately, the water fall was under renovation and not operating; I missed out on this goodie. I enjoyed my stay at 4 oceans.

Второй раз в отеле. Все отлично. Кроме некоторых минусов. В этот раз не работал гидромассаж в маленьких бассейнах. И как всегда сауна. При дождливой погоде сауна это было бы отлично. А так, все на высшем уровне. Персонал, питание, порядок и прочее. Лучшее расположение и пляж в муйне. Рекомендую. Идеально цена и качество

It is a solid 3 star resort with very comfortable room; well maintained facilities in a good location at Mui Ne beach. The beach lounging area is pleasant and quiet, with soft white sand, a great location to relax, read a book or just sun bathe.

Lekker resort med behov for oppgradering

Vendte tilbake hit etter 11 år med stor forventning,.. resorten er like flott å lekker å se på og har en fantastisk beliggenhet,..men her har mye skjedd ,..det er slitt med utdaterte rom og en AC som svikter,.. vennlig personale ved front desk mens resten av betjeningen gikk rundt som zombier,.. ikke et nikk eller smil under oppholdet. Skittent basseng som aldri ble rengjort under vårt 6 dagers opphold.

Touch of paradise

The gardens are beauiful, its like a tropical oasis with the beach only 50 metres away. Rooms are very generous with a little entrance room next to your bedroom. The bathroom has a huge shower, and the verandah which was big had beach views. it was a beautiful resport especially if you like beach sports or just lazing by the pool or on the private beach.

Outdated rooms in bad condition.

Hotel is situated in good location with nice beach. Territory is green and well maintained. BUT rooms are really in bad condition, then it comes to maintenance and cleanliness. Very uncomfortable beds and not clean bed linen.

Nice resort,

Very nice grounds and pool area, nice beach. The front staff and housekeeping were very friendly. The breakfast staff were not very friendly, but I think that’s from dealing with the 95% Russian tourists, who mostly are not friendly and won’t smile, or ever say please and thank you. The breakfast was very good though. The morning towel game for the pool chairs is a little annoying, people put towels out at 5:30 am, so to get a chair you’re forced to play the game. More chairs are needed and there’s plenty of room for more. The beach is very nice, but gets very windy in the afternoons.

This is not a new hotel as represented on website small rooms and the bathroom was old. There was a distinct mold odor in the property. The beach was beautful and found the town to be friendly

Front desk staff was terrible

When we showed up they did not have our pre booking on Expedia from months back. They did some sort of shuffling and we had 2 rooms tucked away in the back. We booked before our group and they had beach front. When we left the front desk lady was trying to say we owed money for a missing TV remote. We never even used the tv. Besides the front desk staff all the other staff was great, it's a beach front property so it's nice. Breakfast is great here, and kitchen staff is amazing. If your a Kiter all the schools launch in front of this hotel. It's better to be farther down the beach.
