「The room was clean but was missing garbage liners and body wash in shower. Staff was exceptional and bed was extremely comfortable!」

「The room was unlocked when we arrived and there was someone’s sock on the floor. The walls are also very thin, we heard the couple sleeping next door coughing all night. The bathroom was also not cleaned.」

「Stayed one night on a cross country road trip. There were three adults sharing one room. The front desk clerk on duty when we arrived was not the friendliest. She wasn’t straight up rude but she definitely was not happy to have to engage with anyone. The rear entrance of the hotel, around the gym and employees area, smelled strongly of “skunk”, which isn’t the most pleasant to walk into. 「I accidentally booked this hotel which I believed to be in the area I was staying but it was a full day away. Called after 5 minutes and tried to get a hold of hotel a total of 8 times and no answers pretty unreliable for a hotel not to answer their own phone. Wasted 200$ and no refund . Would not want to stay here money hungry do not care about guests.」
