"There were not many staff at the property. There wasn't an elevator at the property so you have to use the stairs. There were dirty towels, the tub was stained, no trash can liner in the trash can and there was inappropriate activities that was going on at the property. The bed, however, was comfortable in a way. "

"I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere. First off, the pool was completely unacceptable. The water was brown and visibly filthy—definitely not something anyone should be swimming in. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, which immediately made me question the overall hygiene of the place. The front desk staff were no better. They were rude, dismissive, and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. Any time I asked a question, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. The room itself was outdated and worn down. The furniture looked like it hadn’t been replaced in decades—old, scratched, and uncomfortable. It gave the whole place a neglected, run-down feel. But the worst part of my stay was completely unbelievable. While I was trying to get coffee in the morning, two hotel employees got into a physical fight right in front of guests. It was chaotic and honestly a bit scary. I ended up having to call 911 because the situation was out of control. To make matters worse, one of the employees involved actually cursed at me while I was trying to help. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Poor cleanliness, terrible customer service, and completely unprofessional behavior from staff. I will never stay here again."

"room was dirty as well as the bathroom and tub were filthy. front desk staff was rude and not helpful at all. outside doors get left open all the time so anyone can walk in at any time and the property is really loud people stay up late making all kinds of noise on all days of the week "
