「The room was very nice. I arrived late at night and I guess the manager and I were both exhausted. A slight argument occurred and I guess I was not explaining myself clearly as he acted as if he didn't want to rent me a room since I booked the next 2 days and not when I showed up. 「Overall we had a really good stay. The hotel itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly during our visit. The only disappointment for us was realizing the waterpark is closed Monday through Wednesday. That was completely my error for not checking more carefully before booking so I don’t blame the hotel for it but it was still a big bummer since that was a major reason we chose this location for our family trip. 「This place is a hidden gem. If you are ever near Kingman give this place a shot. The owners were nice and very helpful. The place is older but has been updated on the inside. Bed was comfy. I even had a recliner with heat and massage! 」

「The rooms were in process of being remodeled. The floors are hardwood with a large gap under the door and can hear every little sound. The parking lor did not feel safe. I think in a couple months it could improve. The sound reverbancey might continue to. E an issue. The room we were initially given was occupied and had to request another room.」
