「What a nice surprise! After exploring the Sawtooth Range, and driving along the Salmon River in spectacular Idaho, we arrived in the little town of Salmon. And what a nice treat! The small historic retail core is cute, and our motel was nearby. This is really quite a standard little motel, with adequate (but clean rooms), but the Manager was exemplary!」

「The manager was extremely personable. The hotel is old but super cool. Makes you feel like you are staying in a log cabin. Doesn’t have a ton of amenities but has a comfy bed and real historic feel. We would definitely stay there again!」

We enjoyed staying there but had a problem with the check in as we did not receive the door code & had to go off site to get cell service to contact the owner. Plus the same cabin was rented to another party on the same date. The owners were able to accommodate the other party with a different cabin. Other than that we had a very enjoyable stay. 」
