「the room was cozy, and smelled freshly clean when we arrived! the mattress was pretty clean as well, with minimal staining. it was a little too soft in the middle for my and my friend’s taste, and i realized when we were leaving that one of the middle legs of the bedframe was crooked so it may have just been a lack of support. bathroom was spotless aside from a little makeup on the wall, and the attic access(?) panel on the ceiling seemed stained. water pressure in the shower was a solid 4/5,...

「For what we needed, it was very pleasant... except for the tobacco-y musky scent that hit us every time we walked into the place. My daughter kept getting headaches. 「Jason is an amazing host. He was very quick to respond to messages and is very knowledgeable about the area/provided great recommendations for dinners and activities. The basement apartment was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Having the option to park in the garage was much appreciated! The back yard/deck area is huge and very well-kept. Only potential downside is that the bathroom is in the bedroom - we managed just fine but could be a (very) minor inconvenience for a larger group....

「Arrived in Idaho Springs to visit Red Rock for a concert. No plans other made. Per the Hostess ended up day planning Georgetown- Leadville-Rocky Mountains. GREAT Location to see many things within 1-2 hour drive time. Stacey 」
