"Place was very nice! Would recommend and possibly even come back. As per every hotel there are good and bad things. Good things- rooms are clean, food was very good at La Luce, both the Japanese restaurants, Maxal. Buffet had lots of option for both breakfast and lunch, never tried it for dinner. The steak place was just okay, maybe we didn’t get what was good but none of our dishes were good here. The coffee shop had amazing lattes and very very good crepes! Staff was friendly, even on the beach they came to take our orders for drinks. We were “enclave” so we had access to a couple of places others didn’t. From talking to others they even got beach Totes to use while there, we were not offered that when we checked in, not sure why. Love the app to make reservations, see menus and event schedules. Now on the things they could improve…the beach could be cleaner, we walked up and down the beach and some hotels had trucks cleaning the beach of seaweed, ours didn’t do that and it was pretty bad. They never restocked our bathroom or mini bar, only sometimes the fridge with water and chips. The hotel could be cleaner, windows and mirrors were very dirty everywhere. like we sat to watch the sunrise on the top patio you couldn’t see through the glass. Other than that the place was great we very much enjoyed our stay here. Jose at the concierge was very nice and helped us book all our restaurant reservations. He’s actually the one that told us we were “enclave”, otherwise I don’t thin"

"El mejor hotel para esperar para un vuelo muy temprano por la manana, si les sugiero mas unidades de transporte a terminal 2 para los que tienen que ir del hotel a terminal 2, para vuelos temprano en la mañana Yo tenia que salir a las 4am para mi vuelo a las 630 pero la fila era de 20 personas esperando el shuttel , la verdad tube una mala experiencia ya que el agente encargado de la coordinacion mostro una actitud no muy amable, la verdad fue muy agrecibo y descortes le pregunte que si tenian varias unidades para toda la gente en espera y soo me dijo, haga linea y espere su turno, agarre mi maleta y a mi hijo y agarramos un Taxi mejor a terminal 2 . Shuttle en este hotel sale cada 60min. Ojala puedan leer mi cometario y mejorar experiencias. "
