"Everything was excellent! From the service and cleanliness to the food and drinks, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience. We would definitely love to come back again!"

"The staff were excellent. Food was very good. We never tried the room service because the menu looked unappealing. The Alacarts were all great. We loved the beach. Water was warm , clean and clear. No rough surf like other places I've stayed on the Pacific coast. Really easy to get around. Lots of taxis or the bus stop is in front of the resort. The only negative thing was the ridiculously expensive games room. The resort should really review the pricing structure as it's not realistic. We passed as I would rather give my money to the excellent friendly staff. Overall a good experience. We stayed 10 days."
