"There was not much included, but available for extra fees. Even to the point where there was not enough shaded seating available by the pools unless you were willing to pay for one of the 30 empty cabanas. It was clean and the food was decent. We had a good time overall."

"Todo estuvo muy bien tuvimos unas muy buenas vacaciones el personal muy atento, las áreas hermosas y los restaurantes fueron muy buenos y con deliciosa comida. El único inconveniente fue que en nuestra habitación no había plancha y secadora llame a la recepción y ellos resolvieron rápidamente y llevaron a mi habitación ambas cosas. El control de la televisión no funcionaba muy bien pero después de varios intentos este funcionaba. Las toallas blancas estaban muy percudidas y viejas. Nosotros llevamos las propias por lo cual no tuvimos la necesidad de usarlas. Eso son los puntos que ojalá pudieran revisar."

"Fiesta Americana on Reforma has been my go-to for years now and I don't see that changing. Sure, there are nicer hotels in CDMX, but for the price, I think this property is top-of-class. As someone who travels a lot for work, a hotel's gym is super important to me and for Mexico City, this hotel has one of my favorite gyms. I've been coming here for years, and I don't see that changing."

"Hotel was clean. Staff was amazing! Very vey nice and helpful. Nothing really to do at the resort. Food was not bad. Turtles on the beach was nice! We saw baby sea turtles hatching. Very small hotel, not what I’m used to. Good location and easy to catch the bus to downtown.I wouldn’t go back just because there was nothing going on, no shows or entertainment. But i would recommend for anyone on a budget that wants a quiet relaxing place to stay."
