「Very calm, clean and friendly staff! The surrounding area got me thinking that maybe I wasn’t going to a nice apartment. But once I got to the building I gained security. They have cards that allow only the tenants to go in, out up and down the building. The busy road there makes sleep hard but they provided plug to help! 「We looked at many different options for first trip to Cabo. We enjoy local dining, less busy touristy areas, prefer making our own fun and skip all inclusive resorts. We are a couple in our mid 30’s /40’s. The room and bathroom was spacious, modern, extremely clean and offered an intimate setting. If you like rooftop patios and pools, this one is lovely. 「My daughter and I stayed here on our way to Isla Mujeres. The ferry is right across the street, so that was very convenient. There is an Oxxo right around the corner. For dinner we Ubered to the hotel zone and were able to shop in the small mercado. As far as the room, it was very modern, and comfortable. The balcony was nice and quiet for my morning coffee. But wait- the pool on the roof is absolutely amazing, we really enjoyed it. 」

「Honestly cannot praise Paraiso Private Residences enough. Luxury condos close to everything with private security, 24/7 access to parking and private elevator. Friendly staff and security who actually do their jobs. Condo was fully supplied with everything we needed even gear to go to the beach, washer and dryer and the grocery store is literally right beneath you in the mall, so anything else you might need is a short elevator ride and walk away. "とても綺麗なホテルで清掃が行き届いていました。スタッフもフレンドリーな方が多く、楽しいバケーションを過ごしました。しかし、入口ゲートからロビーまで歩いて25分かかり、移動が大変でした…。また、専用アプリからレストランが全く予約できない、金額や時間等間違った情報が表示されている、ルームサービスを頼むと毎回電話で確認が入ったが注文と違う商品が届くなど、ホテル側がデジタル化に対応できていないことによってスムーズな対応とはいえない部分が多々見受けられました。"

"Old fashioned Mexican interior room was cosy and made me feel like home. The view from the 20th floor was amazing. Breakfast was very nice and although I stayed for 5 night I didn't get tired of it. Cleaning staff was very sweet and caring. "
