「This is an extended stay hotel that is in poor condition and needs an update. Price was good but kind of a sketchy place.」

「Easy place to stay near Samford」

「This room is a great location in downtown Birmingham with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was easy to find and access. My main complaint was the presence of a few roaches, and the bathroom had a VERY strong smell of cat litter. At least that's the first thing that came to mind when I noticed the smell. I spent plenty of time trying to figure out if I had missed something or if the smell was coming from somewhere else. The bathroom was otherwise clean.」

「We were not able to stay at our reserved place. The host called us the day before and told us that the heat went out in the property we had reserved, and could not be fixed in time. However, the host owns other properties in Birmingham, and so gave us other options. We were satisfied with the replacement. The host gave us a refund on the price difference.Consequently, this five star rating is for the customer service, not for the property listed, since I cannot comment on that.」

「Everything was amazing besides the parking. Parking made things a bit hectic and inconvenient. I had a friend travel here but waited close to 2 hours to find parking. Hopefully the parking lot near this building will be available to guests as it is desperately needed in an area like the Southside.」
