"The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable; the room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. We will definitely stay there whenever we are in Roanoke. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the hotel has a small loading area and it would have been great to have had valet parking as the hotel makes use of a parking garage separate from the hotel. "
