「Estuvimos alojados mi mujer y yo del 22 al 29 de julio de este año y no pudimos acertar más con el sitio. Desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, todo el personal hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Empezando por Tino y Chus, pues fue con quienes más trato tuvimos. Nos aconsejaron lugares que visitar, nos dieron buenos consejos y trataron muy bien a nuestros perros Cobi y Sofi. "オウレンセ旧市街の入口にあり、フレンドリーな窓口対応が気持ちいいです。　ホテル時代は古いですが、そこは納得すればいい事です。　ホテル出口すぐそばがタクシースタンドで客待ちのタクシーが居るので駅に戻るのも便利です。　観光に関しても通常公式のインフォメーションを使うのですが、オウレンセはそれが充実していない反面ホテル窓口対応が良くかつ十分でした。"
