「Wow, this boutique hotel really punches above it's weight. From confirmation of our reservation to our day of departure, we felt as though we were staying with family. Don't misread this; the staff are exceptionally professional but super friendly.
Nothing was ever too much, and advice on travel arrangements, to planning day trips was always freely available, but never pushy, and always provided with a warm and welcoming smile.
Ideally located for access to buses and within easy walkable...
「Lovely Bergamo Città alta. This stay was in a spacious room with all we needed for a relaxed time. Not a regular hotel and no face-to-face interact with staff which was just fine and as-desired. Nothing but walkable as we had to park about 400meters away in a central parking garage. The staff recommended where to park and all went smoothly. 」
「This is an excellent small hotel with 4 rooms. The rooms, the garden and the pool is excellent, really something. But it is not run as a hotel with cleaning service, and the breakfast is really not worth much. A great place with an unexploited potential」
