「A step back in time. This is a well-refurbished classic hotel from the early 1900s. On the date of our stay, the saloon and the restaurant were closed, but included with the room was a coupon for each of us for a Starbucks coffee and a pastry. 」

In addition, the size of this vacation rental was more than enough for us. In fact, we have family living in Alturas and visit them from Denver at least twice a year! Quiet and comfortable street out of town but very close and easy to get to town. Amazing host! Awesome stay! The house was warmed and ready to go upon arrival. 5 stars well earned.」
