「Welcomed upon arrival and very pleasant. Asked about previous says and was interested in visit to Oskaloosa.」

「Have family in Oskaloosa and stayed here last weekend helping them at their house. Was very impressed with the property. Room was clean, smelled good and had recent updates. Comfortable too. Would stay here again.」

「This is an older hotel but dont judge a book by it's cover. The room was clean ( no carpet!)and just what we needed for a quick one night stay. The staff was nice. The only thing I could complain about was the washcloths were on the old side.」

「Quiet stay even next to the elevator - great bar/restaurant atmosphere」

「Overall the whole place was clean, especially considering the fair rate. The elevator could use some love and outside the door they don't have someplace for smokers to dispose of their cigarette butts. They were all over the ground! I would stay there again. Oh the staff was nice, but there were disruptive children running around...school was out. Overall everything...

「Great friendly and attentive staff at check in and during my stay. The breakfast was better than expected, except the pancake making didn't work. Love the days when Bacon was available.....LOVE LOVE LOVE BACAON. Room was clean and comfortable. Cleaned a few times during my week of stay, which was plenty. I would recommend this hotel」

「The free breakfast was crap. Wasn’t nothing but cereal, old toast and premade pancakes you had to microwave.」

「The photos on the website are not at all what the rooms look like. The room was dirty, the hangers all 3 of them had dust on them, the luggage rack was dirty and dust. No water pressure. We had to leave after one night」
