The property was nice but not as clean as normal. It’s a new build so maybe debris is coming through the vents but the stairs were dirty. When I lifted the bedspread there was a couple pieces of plaster type debris in the bed. Other than that- a very nice place to stay- beds were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was nice.

Nice townhome close to shopping. The home was clean and comfortable. The only downside was in the master bedroom and bathroom no shades had yet been installed so we used towels to cover the bathroom windows. Fortunately, the unit faced mostly properties that were vacant and a small wooded area. My only other wish would have been more communication with the host as we had challenges with the keyless entry and had to program a garage remote ourselves to be able to ensure access. The host did help with access but communication could have been better. I think you will enjoy your stay at this property if you are visiting the area.

Had to book on short notice after a pretty large snowfall and it worked out great. Driveway was clear, townhome was easy to get to and the entire place was spotless. No problems whatsoever. Would definitely stay again. Very quiet neighborhood and I felt safe the whole time. Thank you again.

Booking was easy. The stay was great! Brand new home so everything was squeaky clean. Communication leading up didn't occur until 24 hours out, which is acceptable, but would have liked a bit earlier. Would stay again.

If you have a party needing 3 bedrooms I'd give it a 6/10. It's new, but just sterile. The beds are incredibly hard if you like that. (We didn't) We have stayed at many STAE properties, but this wasn't great. Don't get me wrong, not bad, but out of the way, and fairly uncomfortable. Clean and easy? Absolutely. But I would not spend the money here again.

Didn’t actual stay at this property, bc hours bf our arrival the host finally notified us of an issue with the unit. Via Vrbo customer service. This is after multiple times trying the day bf to contact the owner to get check in information. Very frustrating when driving 5 hours on thanksgiving holiday. Unit was acceptable, upon arrival the unit was 56 degrees! Heat did work but upstairs was freezing during the night and bed covers were for summer. They were very thin and no extra blankets or pillows for any of the beds. Unit was clean and kitchen was nice. However, the lack of communication with the owner and not being able to contact him at all was an issue.

Some towels and bathroom rugs were wet. Dishwasher was not unloaded. Some dishes in cupboard were dirty. No plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Kitchen supplies limited. Toiletries were limited. No instructions for vacating unit.

Cedar Falls Condo

Overall a nice place....just needs a few more things. - More towels. We had 4 people, and only had 2 towel sets. We requested more, and got just 2 more bath towels, nothing else. - Curtains or shades on the windows. Would be nice to have more window coverings. - Garage Door - we couldn't get the system to open the garage door with our phone to work. Not sure if that was user error or there is something the owner needs to set up. - Master Shower - the shower curtain rod was one of those curved ones. Unfortunately this means the shower curtain hung outside of the shower, leading to water escaping the shower onto the floor in the bathroom. Did not work well at all. - Check-out process. We were given no direction on how to check-out. Some instructions on this would have been helpful so we could do what the owner wnated.
