「Horrible place. Do not stay here. Smells bad, looks dirty and horrible customer service. They don’t have a front desk employee, you have to call someone else so they go over there and it can take them up to 20 minutes to get there. They didn’t tell me my room was changed because the heater was broke and they gave me a room with one bed even though I paid for a room with two beds. 「This is an older property that could use some basic maintenance; otherwise, it was pretty clean and a safe place to spend the night. 」

「The staff were super friendly and helpful. The elevators were down the first day we were checked in. The shower sprayed water outside of the glass and created a small flood outside of the shower. The shower was slightly dirty prior to us using it. The room had a musty smell that lingered throughout our entire stay. 「2nd time we have stayed at this property, the room keys were a total annoyance this trip, the slightest thing would deprogram them, we made no less than 10 trips to the front desk to have them redo our keys over two days…other than that it was great.」

「In one was on property. We have to call a phone number they left on a note to get us checked in. The heater in the room very noisy. I dont know how to adjust it. And there is no one on property to talk to . It is just a messy situation. We haven’t slept well. For breakfast, no coffee ( thermo there but it is empty !!) again , no one there to help. It was a bad experience for us. I do believe if someone was there, probably the experience would be much better. Very disproportionated ! 」
