All of the staff were incredibly polite, and very helpful. Check in too a long time. The equistrian center staff were very organized and kept the group safe on a trail ride, although I did not expect 20 people on our ride. Way too many. As an experienced rider, I would have like more for the money. The horse staff were excellent. I would like a better representation of the villa that you rented before you arrive. Confirmation pictures. The villas are very different. We did not get the villa that was represented to us but ours was lovely. Our friends were very unhappy with their villa, no air conditioning etc., and could not get it changed. This was a huge negative for them. It is a huge- but lovely property- amazing in so many aspects, and sometimes there was confusion with services due to huge size ??

We went with Peninsula Tours - it was a good trip although the boat was a bit small so you couldn't walk around. However, the guides were great and very focused on being informative and ensuring we saw whales (lots of them!).
