Luis and his wife Maria are very attentive to your needs. They help us arrange excursions and a taxi to the airport. We had such a wonderful time on the island, but my favorite memories will be the delicious breakfasts served each morning at the rooftop bar. I wished we could stay longer and we hope to come back very soon!

A hidden gem

We really loved this place! Initially we were concerned because we couldn't find it - but that was my fault because i didnt see the email. You have to walk along the edge of the community soccer field to get there. But, once we got settled we absolutely loved it! The owners have the sweetest dogs - they were a highlight for us (we were seriously missing our dog). Everything was comfortable and close to everything. Plus, we got a front row seat to the local soccer games from our porch! Seriously, the pups were our favorite though 😁

Neat, tidy and clean property. Nice bedding. Perfect for a couple . Close to the Main Street , with lot of dinning n activity options around . Highly recommend!

Central location, not beach front but close. Great helpful staff, nice room and comfy bed. Very nice breakfast provided and great views of beach from the breakfast room.

Yocamatsu is a fun funky spot to stay. It is convenient and in town. Louis was very kind and helpful. Be sure you can walk up a few flights of stairs to the beautiful palapa where a tasty breakfast is served. From there you can see both sides of the island.

The hotel is very unique, quaint, clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, the breakfast was perfect, and I hope to have an opportunity to visit the hotel again soon.

I had a great stay here. Luis and Brian are excellent hosts. Different breakfast everyday. If you love dogs you will love this place. You feel like family and not just a guest. Got real good local recommendations for food and activities. When I come back I know where to stay. Thank you for everything.

The place was FANTASTIC & the people that run it are even better! Beautiful & quiet location. Breakfast every morning made by Louis & Maria was amazing 5 ⭐️! We were introduced to Frank who was able to help us with snorkeling/ fishing accommodations, he gets 10 ⭐️! We left feeling like family. The owner Brian was also lovely. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Great spot close to the action. Loved having breakfast on the 4th floor terrace with a curious warbler. Food and hosts were great!

Nice rooms in a central location, friendly helpful staff. The property is at rhe edge of a football field, which can be noisy in the afternoons. There is a rooftop breakfast area with nice view, but during our stay it was too windy to eat there so we ate on our veranda. Breakfasts were huge and tasty. The two guard dogs are friendly but bark a lot, especially when people are playing in the field, which we found disturbing. Overall. It was a pleasant stay and we would go back again.

This is a very unique property in Caye Caulker - bed and breakfast with excellent breakfast by Luis. Owner Brian greeted us and was a great host. The rooms are a little run down, although they do have air conditioning and TV. Due to recent rain, we had to walk through a muddy field to get to the entrance. Nice view at top of building where breakfast is served. Luis arranged our snorkel trip with Wanderlust, which was great.

Very clean bungalow. Very tropical landscape with trees, you hear birds and beautiful hibiscus blooming ! Louis is very attentive and makes a delicious different breakfast. Room has wooden blinds so it's dark. A coffee maker would be nice because I like coffee as soon as my feet hit the floor , 7:45 was okay though. Close to everything and the split is walking distance.

Our stay at Yocamatsu was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better, and the cabanas were cute and comfortable for our stay in Caye Caulker. Luis was great and made delicious breakfast every morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
