「The room was clean . The staff was helpful n couteous . Breakfast spread was great . Overall a good stay .」

「白砂のビーチまで数分と素晴らしいロケーションにあり便利。プールも綺麗。朝食はインド料理中心ですがその他のレストランで他国の料理も十分楽しめるので飽きません。2泊してゆっくり海とプールを堪能しました。」

「Firstly no hotel sign board, it was on the floor outside in pieces so it was hard to find the hotel. Check in experience dreadful, unkempt disinterested staff, untidy reception. We paid extra for a deluxe ocean view room. There are no ocean view rooms at this hotel since all rooms face South! Room not bad, slight uriine smell and some cobwebs. The wi-fi was virtually non existent, had to resort to 4G. Banging windows from outside the room all night (we latched them all the next morning since the...

「There are no shopping facilities around.」

「I liked the overall stay very helpful staff and well maintained property. Breakfast was excellent we had good breakfast so that we can have a light lunch. Swimming pool was nicely maintained and all amenities was good. As they have buggy service to the banolim Beach till 6 pm in evening you have very good access to the beach as well to enjoy the evening sunset. Overall very satisfied with the stay」

「Good」

「All the staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating even though we had a big group. Pool and restaurant was good. Worth the price, would definitely come back. Great place to stay!! 」

「Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The...

「スタッフのPraveenには、アレルギー対応で十分な対応をしてもらいました。彼を含めたレストランスタッフのプロフェッショナルなサービスに感謝します。」

「We loved the relaxing atmosphere at Heritage Village Resort. The options for beach towels and a mat for the nearby Arossim beach was helpful. We loved the poolside but wished it could be open until a bit later than 7.30pm. The breakfast was good. The curated experiences and activities were nice. Although only English music played making the resort feel more European than Indian. We liked the in-room dining options and easy access to restaurants. We didn’t like our bed as it was 2 twins put...
