"The amazing views of Lake Tahoe were one of our favorite features, and the home itself is spacious and comfortable. The great room was a wonderful gathering space, and we especially enjoyed having a large dining table where everyone could sit together for meals. The home is also very well equipped for a larger group. Having two washers and two dryers was incredibly convenient, as was having access to the grill. The hot tub was another highlight and a great way to relax after a day of enjoying Tahoe. The location is excellent, with easy access to downtown Tahoe, restaurants, grocery stores, and the casinos. We also want to compliment the host on their availability and responsiveness. When we requested a different high chair, the host was very accommodating and quick to respond. We did notice that the original high chair had cardboard on the back, which unfortunately presented a safety concern for our child. but the host was able to quickly replace the high chair. There are a few areas where we feel the home could use some attention. We were unable to get the Sonos speaker to work, and the decks were lacking furniture and could have been cleaner. We would have loved to have outdoor lounge chairs and a substantial outdoor dining table that could accommodate six or more people, especially given the beautiful surroundings. Inside, we noticed some dust on the kitchen counters and floors, as well as cobwebs in various rooms. The windows also need a good cleaning. A few windows, including the kitchen window and the window in the downstairs double bedroom, did not open, which would be helpful to address. The home could also benefit from a bit of a facelift and some thoughtful updating. There were not quite enough bath towels for our group, and beach towels would have been especially appreciated. Having a greater assortment of cooler sizes would also be helpful for guests heading out to enjoy the lake. Finally, the garage had quite a bit of extra "stuff" stored in it, which made it difficult to comfortably get in and out of cars parked inside. Clearing some of that space would make the garage much more functional. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The spectacular lake views, spacious layout, great room, hot tub, convenient location, and responsive host made this a memorable Tahoe experience. With some attention to cleanliness, outdoor furniture, windows, towels, and garage storage, this home could be an exceptional vacation rental."

"We wanted a large home with access to a private uncrowded beach on the lake. We got a nicer, cleaner private beach than we thought possible, and the host allowed us to use the 2-man kayak he stores right at the beach. The house was roomy enough for at least 2 more people than the 10 advertised.it was very clean nicely furnished and stocked with more kithen/dining ware than we needed. A perfect pl ace for our siblings and their kids to visit with their cousins.. see you next time, John and Kate---thanks for the helpful suggestions and friendly hospitality. See you next time. Greg"

"A beautiful family friendly well stocked home in a great location. The home had a lots of room to relax and spend time with family and had a fully stocked kitchen and we made all our meals in the house during our 4 days there. Very spacious and lots of comfortable seating, house was clean and well furnishedThe private community beach was the best amenity as it was so convenient and easy for the kids to access. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable well stocked home with easy access to the lake. The kids were able to walk down to the lake and swim a couple of times a day.The instructions for the house were clear and well explained, host was responsive and easy to contact."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this studio. While the location was great and being close to the beaches was definitely a nice bonus, what impressed us the most was not the apartment itself, but the thought and care that went into making guests feel comfortable. Communication was outstanding from beginning to end. The hosts were responsive, attentive, and made everything very easy. The studio was incredibly well-equipped. Everything had been thoughtfully prepared—from dishwasher tablets stored in convenient containers to trash bags, zip-top bags, and every kitchen item we could possibly need. There was even a hair dryer and an iron. We didn’t end up using them, but it was very nice to see that absolutely everything had been considered. You can really tell that this company cares about its guests and does its best to provide the most comfortable stay possible. For the price, this was an excellent value, and we are very happy we chose to stay here. The convenient location near the beaches and the thoughtful extras made our trip even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again."

"Great house.Not as close to the lake as we thought. It was a walk across the busy highway and the turn to get in and out was nerve racking. It could use a couple of comfy chairs. Sofa only for 5 people was a little off.That being said we did enjoy our stay there."
