Great hotel, clean, quiet, professional and friendly staff, great location by the beach, close to restaurants, bars, shops. And the spa was lovely. We will definitely stay here again!
Fell short of a 4 star hotel for sure!
Not worth it
Dated, dingy. very!
Ac in room took several minutes to coolroom
Deep dated tub i stead of walk in shower
Bath VERY DATED
Victoria palace, was base for trip to Misano race track, so we didnt use the facilities much, staff very good, and friendly , rooms are clean, perhaps could do with up grade in styling ! we did , change from economy room , to superior as found economy room tiny for our stay
Check in staff was rude. Beds were cheap and uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors all night and morning.

Exterior & lobby are updated and modern, reflecting the 4 star rating. The rooms were more like a 2 star hotel (our double bed was two twin mattresses shoved together, flooring throughout is same tile as in the shower). Parking was closeby but a bit inconvenient as you had to ring a bell and wait for them to open the gate for both entry and exit.
The hotel has potential, but there are some areas that really need improvement. The mattresses were very hard, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. Cleaning could also be better, as there was dust on the TV and phone controls. During our 7-night stay, we only received two small hygiene kits for three people, which was definitely not enough. We also noticed that only two bathrobes were provided, even though we were three guests (1 adult and 2 teenagers).
For the price paid, the quality did not match expectations. Honestly, I didn’t find much difference between this 4-star hotel and a 3-star one. With better attention to detail and guest comfort, this hotel could truly stand out.
Overall to expensive for what you get. The Room wasn't clean enough and you have to pay extra for everything. Parking is 20€ per day, Dog is 12€ per Day, If you wanna go to the beach which is infront of the door you have to pay 25€ PER DAY for one umbrella with 2 sun lounger for a family of 4 this would mean 50€ everyday just to be at the beach. In the hotel spa you also pay for everything there is a bathrobe in your room but if you use it they charge 8€, a towel which is on the lounger if you use it you pay 3€, entering the Swimmingpool is 15€.

Lage top, Aussicht vom Balkon atemberaubend.
