「Great lobby with comfy chairs, couches and a fireplace. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable! Breakfast had great variety and staff was very attentive. Check in was very smooth and front desk staff (as well as maintenance and anyone from the hotel we encountered) throughout our visit were the epitome of warm and friendly service! Location was also amazing and we will plan on staying here again when visiting Helena.」

「The house is a beautiful, historic home. Colleen was a great hostess. Loved our stay!」

「Love this place. So easy check in and out. Allows pets . I ve stayed her half a dozen times at least and always a good experience」

「The cook at breakfast is a good dude and does a fine job. We didn[t pay much attention to the rate for the room as another one of our guys on the trip did the rez . We assumed the rates would be reasonable since we were there in the off season. The place did not have that many folks. But the raised the rates on us since out summer trip. It was already too high, now it is way out of line. Rooms are very small. No closet or storage space. No suitcase stands. I'm just so done with this...

「The staff were mostly helpful and very nice, specially the receptionist in the afternoon and the last at the breakfast. The room is just fine but the room service was not even. Do not stay in room 210 because of the noise of washing machine or something in the middle of the night.」

「The breakfast had alot to be desired.」

「The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable with fresh soft bedding. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The temperature of each was perfect. The king room was large and had plenty of space for the roll away bed that we requested. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Only wish that breakfast was included」

「The bathroom needs updating...Breakfast was great.」

「The breakfast was actually very good, with a nice variety of hot and cold foods including a waffle maker. The location was right off I-15 but we really couldn't hear much of the freeway traffic from within the room. We had a 3rd floor room and there were some roof leaks that the rain made evident in the hallway. Also, the TV and its remote were not well coordinated for channel selection.」

「good」

「Very comfortable. Service is also good. It's also most suitable for long stay.」

「The hot tub is great but the walls are paper thin as we could hear a phone conversation and even the person on the other ends voice!」

「The staff and room cleanliness was great. Overall the things that were the most bothersome for me is the walls are paper thin, and the beds are extremely uncomfortable making sleep at night difficult as I could hear other people entering and leaving their rooms and muffled conversations through the walls… the couch in my room was also tore up and had very obvious where in tear for the cost of brooms. I think this is a little ridiculous as the furniture should be newer and more upkept. The...
