"Great location right on the water and within walking distance to food, coffee, and convenience spots — that was definitely a highlight of our stay.I don’t typically leave anything less than positive reviews (this is actually my first time doing so), and I genuinely apologize to the host as this is simply an honest reflection of our experience. As a family, we discussed it together and collectively felt the stay was closer to a 3-star experience.The floors and beds were quite squeaky, which made it difficult to move around without disturbing others. Additionally, if you’re hoping for a quiet getaway away from road noise, this may not be the ideal fit. The home is located right off Highway 3, and we consistently heard traffic throughout both the day and night.We also noticed a fair amount of dust on tables, furniture, and some appliances during our stay.That said, the host was friendly and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy.Thank you for our experience. "Great host. Everything you could need. Kayaks, life vests, cornhole, barbecue, etc. We were there on the busy holiday weekend and still peaceful and quiet. Boat launch would be super convenient but we didn't have a boat and it is not loud at all. Just pop kayaks in from front steps. Great, well stocked kitchen. Clearly a loved place. "
