Casa Doralucia is a charming and comfortable holiday home located in a residential complex in Santa Maria di Leuca, just 800 meters from the beaches (both free and equipped) and the promenade.

The modern and well-kept house can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, with the possibility of adding two extra beds upon request. It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, and all the essential amenities to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

For larger groups of friends or families, there is an additional adjacent and independent accommodation available (upon request), offering the same services.

THE HOUSE

Casa Doralucia is approximately 70 square meters and features:

- A spacious and bright living room, equipped with air conditioning, a dining table, sofa bed, TV, and kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with various cooking accessories, including a microwave oven, coffee machine, food processor (Bimby TM21 Vorwerk), and air fryer.
- An elegant double bedroom with air conditioning.
- A second double bedroom with two single beds.
- A full bathroom with a shower.
- An additional outdoor bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

The house also includes an entrance courtyard with a private patio, complete with an electric awning, dining table, deck chairs, and a sitting area.

Additionally, the accommodation offers a private parking space, a valuable advantage during the high season with increased tourist traffic.

The house is located in a quiet and well-served area, with main services such as bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, and supermarkets just minutes away.

You can also reach the center of Leuca on foot (about 800 meters), where you’ll find free and equipped beaches, as well as a popular promenade, especially in the summer. Here, you can admire the characteristic nineteenth-century villas, dine at charming seaside restaurants, or stroll among the stalls of the evening craft market.

Santa Maria di Leuca is rich in history and has many historical landmarks. In addition to the numerous charming historic villas (some of which are open for visits), there are several must-see attractions:

- The monumental staircase that connects the marina area to the Pontifical Basilica of Santa Maria di Leuca (also known as de Finibus Terrae), and the imposing lighthouse, the second tallest in Europe.
- The enchanting Punta Ristola, famous for symbolically representing the meeting point between the Ionian and Adriatic Seas, offering stunning panoramic views.
- The coastline is also home to numerous natural sea caves, which are beautiful and definitely worth visiting. These caves are located along both the Ionian and Adriatic coasts, and some can be reached by swimming. However, for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience, we recommend a boat excursion (more information available) with Bluemarine and Seasalento.

Among the caves are:

- Porcinara Cave, a sacred site of the ancient Messapians. Inside, you can still see inscriptions in various languages, representing offerings or prayers to the gods.
- Tre Porte Cave, the most photographed site in Leuca, where the crashing waves create a spectacular sight.
- Grotta del Diavolo, famous for its depth and the archaeological finds inside, many of which date back to the Neolithic era.
Additionally, Leuca's location makes it easy to reach other interesting places along both coasts: the Adriatic coast is just 3 km away, and the first beach on the Ionian coast (Marina di Felloniche) is only 4 km away.
