「The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!」

「We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean, looks to have been recently renovated. It had two bedrooms with queen size beds and a nice living/kitchen area. No staff on site but management was responsive when reached via the Hotels.com message site. Was super close to Edinburgh Castle, although at the bottom of the hill, and there were nice cafes and a grocery store nearby. Plenty of room for our family of four with two adult children. They even had a convenient locker to store luggage...
「Actually, we were not able to stay. I did climb the 30 steps to get to the apartment, and it was a very nice place. 40 years ago, it would have been suitable for my wife and I. It would be better suited to younger travelers since all bags have to be carried up the steps. However, I cannot fault the owners because I did not pay close enough attention to the description」
