"Everything was good. The Room is a bit dated, but the bathroom is renovated and clean. We didn't use the pool area, but it looks exactly like the photos. One disappointment was the breakfast that they charge $8 per person for. It sounded like a great deal with pancake and boiled eggs, juice, cereal, muffins, bagels...but turns out, pancake came out of a self serve machine. They were flavorless and sticky to the teeth. The boiled eggs were in Ziploc bags already peeled in the fridge. Muffins were so so and bagels is just round bread with a whole in them."

"Overall the room looked new, was clean, air conditioning worked well and was not too noisy. The room was missing a hair dryer and a box of tissues. When we came back to our room for the second night the towels had not been changed and the bed unmade. I questioned the desk clerk about this and he told me they don’t enter the room and haven’t since Covid. This seemed to me to be a poor excuse to save a little money. What bothers me is that they have been doing this to customers for five years He did say clean towels were available on request. After this, the cleaning staff showed up early morning with towels and put fresh linen on the bed. In my opinion this brought the overall rating down to a two where it could easily have been a four."

"We had a great stay at the Zen Den. This is a well built home with lots of open space and natural light. Massive porch with lovely mountain views! The Zen Den accommodated our family of five adults, two children and our dog comfortably. Close to amenities while also being a beautiful rural setting!"

"The room was clean enough, the hot water was either extremely hot or only warm ish. Our tub also did not plug. The staff wasn’t very cheery, and when we went to check out there wasn’t anyone there. Fine enough for a run of the mill hotel. Also the restaurant hours aren’t great, I wouldn’t plan to eat there"
