"A fantastic hotel for a short weekend with my family in Brugge. The staff were excellent, the room was clean and big enough for my husband, myself and our toddler. It was right in the centre so we were near the main tourist attractions as well as very close to the station. The fact that this hotel has a family/kids area is really convenient, we spent a few evenings chilling there whilst our toddler read some books and played games. We will be staying again and will 100% recommend it. "
"Great customer service at the desk throughout the visit. They helped us get a cab to get to the city center and checked on us during our visit. The room was clean and spacious and very quiet. Breakfast was super busy each day, but the food was very good. I would stay here again."
"This is a budget hotel. Set your expectations appropriately to see the value or the hotel. Rooms are small but clean. Layout is functional. Amenities at scarce but is to be expected for the price paid. The staff are very knowledgable, courteous and helpful. No bars or restaurant but there’s plenty of choices in the area. Breakfast is a bit pricy as the food options are limited. Nevertheless, it is sufficient for what you need in the morning."
"This hotel was wonderful! The room was so spacious and bright. The shower was so relaxing and spacious. The toilet was separate from the bathroom which was a nice feature. The breakfast buffet was delicious, abundant and staff was friendly. The on site restaurant- Limoncello- was FANTASTIC! The waitstaff, especially Jen, was so friendly, informative and charismatic. My family and I would absolutely stay here again!! "
