"The cleaning staff is very good, but the other staff isn't helpful if you have a problem, so good luck! The noise in the hallways, elevator doors, and outdoor traffic coming through the thin walls of my room is extremely loud. If this is a hotel, they should at least ensure low noise levels. Despite all the perfumes in the room, you can still smell cigarettes from the casino. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to rest. If you're coming to the casino, they charge you to play and withdraw your money, and if you want to play, you're forced to buy a card, which they also charge you for. Drinks are $10 and up and pretty weak. Not many machines or tables to play on; it's pretty small, and the machines don't really give you much. I've seen better at other casinos."
