「Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Prunecchio. Colm war ein sehr netter und Gastgeber und hat immer schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Die Anfahrt zum Haus war stellenweise beschwerlich - Tipp: die Strecke, die das Navi ausspuckt genau ansehen und ggf. die vielen engen Landstraßen in den Bergen umfahren. 」

「-Magnifique maison , ( chambres et salle de bain spacieuses et tout est très bien équipé ….) emplacement très pratique pour visiter la vallée de la Garfagnana….. tout est rapidement accessible en voiture ….génial pour les amateurs de randonnées.Les propriétaires sont très serviables .les frais de ménages et de linges sont compris dans le prix de la location .( ce qui est rarement le cas en Italie ) -Petite route très étroite et sinueuse pour accéder au logement….l accès à la piscine est payant...

「Das Haus lag sehr sehr schön in den Bergen. Der Ausblick war super, leider hat man das Meer nicht ganz so gut gesehen (Bäume im Weg). Das Haus war umzäunt und ist perfekt für Hunde. Der Weg dorthin war sehr abenteuerlich und eng mit dem Auto. Klimaanlage war vorhanden, Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Einzug waren die vielen Ameisen die teils auch von der Decke gefallen sind. Das Bett im EG gehört erneuert und das Bad im Haupthaus auch. Sehr geringer Wasserdruck und die Toilettenspülung lief...

「Wir waren mit 12 Erwachsenen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Es hab wirklich 18 Personen ausreichend Platz in dem Haus. Toll ist das jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Das Haus bietet drinnen und draußen ausreichende Sitzgelegenheiten. Auch der Pool und das weitläufige Gelände ums Haus ist einfach super. 」

「Ideal lovely location on a mt hillside with a beautiful sea view and mountain ranges behind us. Charming couple that own the house. Daniele was very helpful getting our dog the correct health certificate papers since we were visiting Italy for 3 months. He went over and above helping us...and we are very grateful. The house is as described-safe area and close to Lucca and Viareggio Beach and town...a fabulous area to visit!!! Perfect location and base to see all the sights in Tuscany and go on...

「Das Haus ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist super und hat eine perfekte Größe. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und Beatrice, die gute Fee des Hauses ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten dort eine tolle Woche, in der wir nichts vermisst haben.」

「Skøn plet i bjergene. Vi nød det virkeligt, men der er 20 minutters bjergkørsel til indkøb, så man skal huske det hele, når man handler ind. Pool, hus og området omkring huset var super lækkert. Skøn vandretur på ruten Grottorotondo ovenfor huset. Eneste minus var, at vi i den grad følte os værfet ud på afrejsedagen, hvor vi egentligt havde udtjekning kl. 10, men der kom allerede folk kl. 6 om morgenen og påbegyndte klargøring af pool og udeområder med larmende græsslåning. 3 rengøringsdamer...

「This property and our overall experience was a testament to how a VRBO luxury vacation can be. The property itself exceeded our expectations both on the interior and exterior. The pictures, though, beautiful, don't do justice to the sense that you get standing out on the upper patio (there is a lower one for grilling, too), looking out over a sprawling Tuscan valley below as the sun sinks into the Mediterranean beyond. 「This is an excellent holiday property. You climb up to it via hairpin bends so take your time and just let the locals pass you in thier Fiat Pandas. The house is a few hunded metres out of village and such a tranquil spot. I almost dont want to give a god review to stop this place becoming to booked up for my next visit but that would be selfish. On the first morning when you throw open the french doors and sit and take in the views you will know you made the right choice. The hosts pop along...

「We had four wonderful days in this beautiful house in Bagni di Lucca. The apartment was spacious and charming and we lacked nothing. The location is great and the view of the river valley magnificent. The host was very helpful (and quick in responding) in all communication throughout. We warmly recommend this place!」
