Casa Palmiは、ビーチからわずか300mの直線的でモダンなデザインの家です。 カーサパルミの特徴は海を見下ろす2つの美しいテラスによって与えられます。 家の1階には確かに木製のテーブルと椅子で装飾された屋根付きのエリア、4×10mのスイミングプール、快適なバーベキューエリアからなる広々としたプライベートテラスがあります。 石積みの階段を上ると、屋外でのリラクゼーションと海岸のさらに美しい景色を望む2つ目のテラスがあります。 海は家の正面、徒歩わずか300メートルのところにあり、両方のテラスから素晴らしい景色と海の香りが楽しめます。 場所は本当に最適です、Triscina di Selinunteの長い砂浜はわずか300m先で、食料品店やバー/レストランからは同じ距離です。 セリヌンテの有名な考古学公園へはわずか700mです。家の下のビーチからアクロポリス地区まで歩いて行くことができます。 これらすべては車を使用する必要性なしで緩和および海の休日を可能にする。 部屋の中は快適でよく整えられていて、他の部屋も素敵で居心地が良いです。

Heavy noise all day

The house looks similar to the pictures and is equipped well. It was not cleaned well (when closing the curtains or opening patio door many dead flees fell on the floor) and in the main bedroom, it smells moldy, which was worst in the wardrobe so that we did not use it. The pool has a springboard but is not deep enough (around 1.70 m on the deep side). Currently (June 2025) there is a heavy truck and machinery depot right next to the house. It is very noisy all day long on weekdays. It is not only heavy trucks leaving and returning but also beeping, loading noises and craftwork. It starts at 7 am and does not end before 5/6 pm. Some days even longer. There was also a scheduled electricity and water outage from 8 am till 3:30 pm one day and the owner did not inform us about. We reported the issue and then they sent us the information. We could have planned our day differently if we knew about it earlier. Overall this was the worst experience we ever had through fewo. We complaint and claimed a refund because of the noise pollution but the owner and the agency ignored it after a few “we will take care of your complaint” messages. The issue is still not resolved after a month. Fewo/vrbo did not help so far. (The email address is not monitored any longer)

Excellent Property

Casa Palmi was very comfortable and well equipped. The check in was smooth and owners very welcoming. The swimming pool was great. The only downside was the area, which was interesting! The sea was very near but not condusive to swimming as it was quite run down and dirty souroundings. There are nicer beaches near by, Our visit to Selenute Greek ruins was fantastic and highly recommended.

Eine superschöne Ferienwohnung mit mega Blick aufs Meer. Mit die beste Wohnung die wir je hatten. Toller Pool. Es hat 3 Schlafzimmer. Zwei mit Doppelbett. Leider hat das eine Doppelzimmer keine Klimaanlage. Im Hochsommer sicher nicht so toll. Wäre zu verbessern. Der Ort selbst ist speziell und nicht so schön wie man sich Sizilien vorstellt. Dafür ist der Strand im Ort mit der makambo Bar der Knaller. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen da die Wohnung alles bietet was man zu einem erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir waren in der ersten September Woche da. Schon total Nachsaison.

Un angolo di paradiso

Casa stupenda dotata di ogni confort , pulizia perfetta ,posizione magnifica con vista mare, proprietari squisiti. il paese che ospita la casa tranquillo ma dotato di ogni tipo di servizio, per chi ama il mare ma vuole stare lontano dalle spiagge affollate, che dire... veramente un angolo di paradiso!!

Nice and very clean villa

Very nice apartment in a good strategic position to explore the southwestern part of Sicily such as Trapani, Marsala, Agrigento and Palermo. From Checkin to Checkout everything worked perfectly fine. The villa was very clean and in good condition. We enjoyed our stay there.

Traumhafte Lage, Super Aussicht und Privatsphäre

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Besitzer kümmern sich fantastisch um ihre Gäste. Danke an dieser Stelle nochmal für das Willkommenspaket! Die Lage, der Pool und die Aussicht sind grandios. Man ist hier dank ausreichendem Sichtschutz auch sehr für sich. Neben der Terrasse/dem Poolbereich ist die Dachterrasse eine absolute Bereicherung. Hier kann man perfekt ein Glas Wein zum Sonnenuntergang genießen. Ein privater, gesicherter Parkplatzt ist ebenso vorhanden.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren jederzeit für uns da. Das Meer sowie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch in der Nähe befindet sich eine beeindruckende Tempelanlage von imposanter Größe. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. Vielen Dank

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Pool

Von außen sah die Unterkunft nicht so vielversprechend aus. Geht man allerdings auf das Grundstück sieht man erst wie schön es ist. Der Pool mit Sprungbrett ist ausreichend groß. Eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse zum Chillen. Zwei von drei Zimmern sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die zwei Bäder sind schön eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist umfangreich. Man findet eigentlich alles was man braucht. Als wir angekommen sind, gab es auch ein Willkommensgeschenk von der Agentur. Nudeln und Soße, Toast, Kaffeepads, Wein und etwas Marmelade. War echt eine schöne Geste. Infomaterial bzgl. Ausflüge, Restaurants, Notfallnummern und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten lag am Tisch. Der Besitzer war sehr nett, schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.

Wunderschönes Haus

Villa meravigliosa

Premetto che le foto non rendono giustizia su quanto è bella e comoda la casa. È assolutamente una casa che merita in tutto: la piscina, la terrazza, le camere. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime ed accoglienti. Nei pressi si può trovare tutto ciò che si vuole per pranzi e cene. Ottima come base per gite (a pochi chilometri c'è il parco archeologico di Selinunte). La casa possiede anche un posto auto interno ed è stata studiata in modo perfetto per delle vacanze all'insegna del relax. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Superbe maison

Maison superbe et super équipée pour une famille avec deux enfants de 2 et 4 ans. Piscine très propre et plages à proximité. Endroit très calme de la Sicile, pas de touristes, villa très bien agencée dans le village (croisement boulangerie, boucherie et pizzeria). Remarque: on entend les voitures et bruit du cinéma en plein air le soir en été

Fantastic holiday house

A very nice holiday house with a wonderful outdoor area overlooking the sea. Our kids loved the pool. The beach is just a short walk down the road. Very close to the house there is a Pizzeria, Carnezzeria and a Cafe/bar. It seems like the town are pretty quite, but comes to life in Juli/August. We had a great week here and would recommend the house to others.

Amazing Sicilian haven!

We stayed for 1 week and couldn't have asked for a better villa to spend it. We were greeted by the owners and given a comprehensive tour of the property and all that it had to offer. The welcome basket was lovely and the attention to detail throughout the property made our stay even more than we could have expected. The pool (very cold) was welcome during a very hot week. We availed ourselves of the BBQ and loved eating alfresco with an amazing view of the sea each evening. The guide to the local area was really helpful. The property has lots of safety features including secure garage and CCTV. The local area is not touristy, it has a local butcher, bakers, pizzeria and gelato shop, all of which we visited and would recommend. The local beach ( in need of a clean up in some parts) and bar ( about 200 yards along the beach) should be visited for a relaxing drink. The property is located about 9km from the main routes to places like Agrigento Trapani and Palermo. I would highly recommend this villa and would love to stay there again on our next visit to Sicily.

The villa was really nice and matched our expectations - just a few minor niggles which prevented it from gaining 5 stars. However the location I.e. Triscina, was dreadful - Apparently a result of illegal housing development in the late 20th century and shockingly bad planning.

Modern ingerichte villa met prachtige tuin

Casa Palmi is een modern ingericht huis wat van alle gemakken is voorzien. De tuin is schitterend en heeft een mooi groot zwembad. De eigenaren Gaspare en Gabriella zijn ontzettend gastvrij en doen er alles aan om het verblijf nog aangenamer te maken. Wij komen graag nog eens terug in Casa Palmi.

Superhaus

Von allen Häusern, die wir bisher hatten, ist es das bisher das Beste ! Wir, eine Familie mit 2 Söhnen, 11 + 13 , haben den Pool genossen, das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt. Die Aussicht aufs Meer zum Frühstück und Abendessen, die Aussenküche mit Grill, der Sundowner auf der Dachterasse, die Pool und Gartenbeleuchtung bei Dunkelheit, einfach eine perfekte Woche.

A wonderful villa

The property is fantastic. Stayed for a week with family (wife and 2 teenage children) and we were sad to leave. The villa is very well appointed with 2 shower-rooms, good kitchen, BBQ, pizza oven, pool, washing machine and private parking. We spent most of the time at the villa on the outside patio by the pool. 15 minutes away is a lovely beach (down the hill, turn right and head towards the archeology park) with clear water and lots of space. Two minutes away is a fantastic little shop with and a really good take-away pizza place that was very popular with all the local holidaymakers. Selinunte is a 15 minute drive away if you want to visit some very good restaurants (the beach there is much more crowded). We would gladly stay there again.

What a fantastic villa

Loved our week here, it has everything you need and more, from the little luxury’s like a welcome pack and Nespresso coffee machine to the comfy beds, and the air conditioning is a must. Check out the pool lights at night awesome. the owner and the property manager are really helpful and respond quickly to any questions. It’s worth hiring a car so you can see all the wonderful history along the coast at Selinunte, and as recommended by the owner take a trip to Erice and try the cannoli in Marsala.
