"Very clean and elegant. Excellent staff, very friendly and eager to accommodate. Breakfast was great, with traditional and healthy options (bacon & eggs, yogurt & Granola, fresh juices, etc). Rooms were clean and beautifully designed, with exposed brick exterior and high ceilings. Shower was amazing with high pressure. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of everything. I would certainly visit again. "

"From the outside this 4 star hotel does not look like what it is, a very nice and comfortable hotel. Friendly people at the reception. But, this hotel might have the best breakfast in Florence! Everything is handmade, none of the cheap crap in plastic you find many places in Italy. And the quality of what you get us amazing! And the staff are so dedicated. Highly recommended. "

"Wonderful, clean room with a balcony! Flexible checkin and checkout time. Perks mentioned in other reviews were all included, including one complimentary apertivo & 45 minutes in their small spa area. The spa was the only disappointment as the chemicals were so strong they burned our eyes and made us cough. But the spa is really not necessary to have a great stay. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options! The minibar with juices, water, snacks, coffee & teas refilled each day was a nice little extra."
