「The house is really unique, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area and garden have a rustic charm while the other levels reflect the local roman heritage with marble and frescoes galore. The house is very large and in a quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views over the surrounding hills. En suites are small but practical. On road parking is plentiful. Kitchen equipment is generous if a bit mix and match. TV and white goods all work well though wifi is a bit slow. Had a wonderful few days...

「We took a European cruise and after returning to Rome stayed in a Villa outside the city, it was hands down the best rental we ever stayed in, The hosts were 5 star, they provided authentic Italian breakfast and some dinners for us and were the nicest people we ever met, if in Rome a must stay!!! 「Im sehr warmen Juli waren wir eine Woche in Rom. Das Reihenhaus liegt für Familien, mit eigenem Auto, in einer ruhigen und soliden Wohngegend perfekt. Zu erwähnen ist ein geräumiger Außenspielplatz nur für Anwohner. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt.. Der Strand ist per Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen und das Colloseum in 40 Minuten. Das Haus mit Holzmöbeln eingerichtet ist geräumig und besitzt mehrere Schlafzimmer und Bäder. 「Large villa with spacious dining and sitting areas. Good five bedrooms with bathrooms. Extensive grounds round the house with dining area under a beautiful pergola. Superb swimming pool. We had a great weeks holiday with 4 couples and 4 small children. We cooked every night for ourselves. Enough room for everybody to be able to relax. Good contact with the owners.」

「エアコンが壊れていたので受付の人に言って直してもらう必要がありました。一応直ったのですが、動作音うるさ過ぎて一晩中……というか、一日中気になってしまいました。（疲れていたので寝られはしましたけど） 部屋は概ねよく清掃されていて満足なのですが、床はさすがに汚れていたようでしばらく裸足で過ごしていたら足の裏が真っ黒になりました。室内で靴履きだと落ち着かない日本人の方はスリッパ必須です。あと電気ケトルがないので自分でお茶やコーヒーが入れられないのは残念でした。 交通の便は恐ろしく悪いところです。徒歩だと隣接する町くらいまでしか行けません。「行けません」というのは遠いから徒歩は無理、という意味ではなく、危険すぎる事実上の自動車専用道路と私有地で隔離されていて、本当にどこにもいけないんです。バスに乗る必要があります。 純粋に宿泊する施設としては、上述のこと以外はまあまあ快適だと思います。」

「サン・ピエトロ寺院に近い。アパートメントタイプなのでお部屋も広い。朝食には温かい玉子料理、ベーコン含めて充実しており、しかも最上階の朝食会場からはサン・ピエトロ、サンタンジェロが望め、気持ちの良い1日をスタートできる。シャワー室は決して広くはないが、特段問題は感じなかった。部屋は毎日クリーニングが入る。 地下には歓談ルーム、ジム、トイレ、チェックアウト後の荷物置き場などもあり、全く不自由を感じない設備。 やや部屋のソファや家具は年季が入っている感あり。ソファベッドは予めシーツがセットされており、非常に便利に使えるが、寝心地は今ひとつ。 我が家は4人で了解したが、全く問題なく快適に過ごすことができた。」
