「Third floor ice machine was noisy. Elevator bell is too way too loud can be heard down the whole floor. Still best hotel in Prairie du chien. Will stay again.」

「This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.」

「Guy behind the desk was very helpful, answering all my questions. The bed gave me my best nights’ sleep in a long while. The location was walking distance from a planned family gathering, the room had everything I needed, and I parked my car in a well lit area— all good! Thank you! Terry」

「Room was simple and clean. I appreciate the hard surface floor over carpet in the room. Breakfast was typical with the usual “free breakfast” offerings. I’d stay here again.」

「I appreciated the warm chocolate chip cookies that were available when I checked in.」

「Very Nicely located to where we were going. Good Breakfast.」

「Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. This is where I stay every time I go to Dubuque.」

「The check-in was very helpful. I wish there had been a handicapped room. The room needed to be cleaner. There were stains on the carpet and not all the furniture was dusted. Bathroom was fine but small. Hard to get turned around with my walker.」
