She could tell me the hotel was closed for winter but she had an other hotel in town called Hotel Platani Bolsena. "A eclectic rural property with family at its heart. The staff could not have been more kind or helpful. If you like off grid then this is the place! Car is a must for seeing the delights of Orvetio. "

"Beds were comfortable. The family stayed in the roomy Bastioni apartment. Breakfast was very good and the staff were patient when we arrived just before serving was supposed to end. The hotel - an old castle —and pool area were lovely. Very friendly staff. "

"Had a fantastic time at Roccafiore. We were really optimistic before the trip and our time there did not disappoint. The staff from the very beginning were fantastic, always going out of their way to accommodate. The restaurant and services on site are of the highest quality. We enjoyed every meal, and took advantage of the pool and spa services. Would highly recommend a wine tasting as well. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend. "
