We liked that it was located inbetween farm land and hills. What we didn't like was the stairs were well used to the point of almost being unsafe. But they are authentic for the time period when it was built.

La struttura è fantastica, un piccolo paradiso immerso nel verde parcheggio facile e proprietario super gentile compreso il personale della colazione. Unico neo se posso nella mansarda dove dormivo le finestre non avevano un telo per le finestre e già alle 5 brava mezzogiorno.

Ottima posizione, non isolata, ottima testa di ponte per numerose città umbre. Parcheggio sempre disponibile. Location molto bella, verde e silenziosa. Camere essenziali, in tre abbiamo riscontrato un po di difficoltà per riporre/appendere vestiti. Camere pulite e fresche con condizionatore e ventilatore a soffitto. Si sente la manca della reception fissa. Qualche volta abbiamo faticato a contattare il gestore ma una volta trovato ha sempre risolto prontamente i piccoli problemi. Ottima colazione offerta da un piccolo bar bordo piscina. Piscina sufficientemente grande e curata. Lettini o ombrelloni sempre presenti. Ristorante in loco "Il chicco di grano" molto apprezzabile. Deruta a due passi con grosso Supermercato e negozi. Torneremo sicuramente provando però gli appartamenti con cucina.

Molto interessante la piscina visto che in quei giorni la temperatura era molto calda. La camera è stata trovata in ordine e fresca x il condizionatore in dotazione, un po meno freschi gli ambienti x raggiungerla. L'unica pecca è stata la mancanza di un mini frigo in camera e delle zanzariere alle finestre che, durante la notte, ci ha costretto a fare uso dell'aria condizionata. Struttura in posizione comoda x le nostre esigenze, certo facendo un giro x il paese offre poco. Comunque ben curato il verde, parcheggi interni coperti e distributore automatico x fornirsi eventualmente di bibite fresche, caffè o merendine. A voler essere proprio pignoli il pavimento del bagno presentava, in alcune parti del perimetro, tracce di calcare residuo e sotto la poltrona ai piedi del letto qualche batuffolo di polvere. Materasso comodo e lenzuola profumate. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Peccato che il ristorante adiacente era chiuso x turno settimanale.
