"Staff were extremely friendly and always available to offer help. No expectations of tips etc so there was feeling of pressure in that respect. The rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Children slept of a comfortable sofa bed. The only downside for our stay was the reception area/ Lobby was under construction so there was rubble outside the hotel and the feel when you walk in was somewhat taken away.
