「This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. 「Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely, two-level home. It’s very clean with comfy beds. We had nice evening walks in their quaint neighborhood; it was also a convenient drive into historic Sandwich. The only bummer was thinking that we’d be able to use the kayaks & canoe. My three teenagers were very disappointed. The site should make it clear that those are only available between Memorial Day & Labor Day. Otherwise, great place!」

「The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering.
