Completed in the summer of 2023, this magnificent home embodies the relaxed ambiance of a traditional Cape Cod beach house with all the modern comforts you expect. This 3,000 sq. ft. home has plenty of open space with generous rooms, high ceilings, large windows, central AC, Wi-Fi, and tile floors throughout.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, family room, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, custom cabinetry, ample countertop space and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals for your family and friends. A large quartz-top island comfortably seats 6 for meals, games, or just chatting with the chef. The adjacent 6-seat dining table provides magnificent ocean views. The family room is centered around a beautiful gas fireplace with a 65" flat screen smart TV above and plenty of comfortable seating. This floor also has a full bathroom with a marble top vanity and tiled shower.

Two sets of sliding glass doors open to the wrap-around deck for dining and lounging. An enclosed outdoor shower is available to cool down or rejuvenate under the sun or stars. Stairs from the deck lead you to your own private beach with plenty of beach chairs available .

On the second floor, you'll discover:
- The Master bedroom featuring a private oceanfront balcony overlooking Cape Cod Bay, a TV, chair, dresser, nightstands and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a marble top double vanity and a tiled shower.
- Ocean view spacious bedroom with a queen bed, TV, closet, dresser, and nightstands.
- Marsh view spacious bedroom with a queen bed, TV, closet, dresser and nightstands.
- Full bathroom with marble top double vanity and tiled shower/tub combo
- Brand new front load washer and dryer conveniently located in a separate laundry closet.

The third-floor loft provides a vast and versatile space with two sets of bunk beds, a cozy television area with a 60" flat screen smart TV, a mini-ping pong table, plenty of board games and a convenient half bathroom. This room runs the entire length of the house, creating a great separate space for the kids to call their own.

Outside, you'll find yourself surrounded by natural beauty. Private beach access from the rear deck makes it easy to stroll along the shore, soak up the sun, or enjoy a refreshing dip in the ocean. The front of the house faces the pristine salt marsh, perfect for watching the local wildlife and enjoying the tranquility of the coastal ecosystem.

All of your linens are included - bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. We also have beach chairs and beach toys for use during your stay. Parking is available for 6 cars.
