"The house and property are amazing! Love the creek and location. House is beautiful and comfortable. Wonderful for groups. Definitely need to read the fine print. The bunk room is not really a room especially for 8 small children as advertised. It is tiny and there is no where to put things. The other bedrooms are great. There is an extra charge per person over the initial 6 adult guests, children 12 and under are free Adult is considered 13. It would be better to just go ahead and charge a higher nightly rate so that people are not feeling nickel and dimed/surprised by this especially when it is advertised to hold 16 people. I also was turned off by being sent an additional docusign with additional terms I had to agree to. It made me very worried that I was going to be charged for any small thing. I understand that not all renters are respectful of properties but it made me feel on edge and less able to relax while there. There were no issues and we had a fabulous time. "

"We rented this cabin to celebrate Christmas, my wife’s 40th birthday, and my son’s 16th birthday all in the same week. It was the perfect choice for our group! The cabin is spacious, clean, and has a well-stocked kitchen. We spent most of our time enjoying the fire pits, relaxing on the porch swings, and having fun in the game room. The owner was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, offering valuable advice on local attractions and activities.We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!
