I give this hotel a poor rating because the customer service is very bad. I needed to switch my room because it was very hot in the room they placed me in. The ceiling fan in the room only circulated the hot air around the room.The staff told me if I wanted to switch rooms, I would have to pay for an additional room and there is nothing they can do about it. It’s very disappointing how they lack accommodating their guests., They could have told us that the room gets very hot at night before putting us in the room. I will not recommend people to stay here if visiting Manga or Cartagena. This is not the ideal hotel you should stay if your looking to be comfortable., Also, the cable on the tv did not work or there probably wasn’t any cable.

O quarto não tem nada a ver com as fotos. O local estava sujo, com cheiro de mofo e a porta não fecha pelo lado de dentro. Me senti tão insegura no local que me mudei de hotel no mesmo dia do meu check-in. Estive por duas horas apenas no Neos enquanto procurava uma outra habitação na cidade. Foi uma experiência muito ruim. Não recomendo para ninguém.

La limpieza no era la mejor, pero se puede estar. Lo que no me gustó fueron los ruidos, en la mañana ponen música sin pensar en el descanso de los clientes. Se oyen los pasos de las escaleras. El 31 de diciembre estuvieron de fiesta en la azotea hasta las 7 de la mañana, y uno va a un hotel para poder descansar, pienso que estaría bien que avisaran de esto a los huéspedes. El personal fue muy amable.

Wenn jemand eine Reservierung vornehmen möchtet .lese unbedingt diesen Kommentar. Ich habe dieses Hotel für neun Nächte gebucht, bin nur eine Nacht da übernachtet und habe das Hotel am nächsten Tag verlassen und mir wurde kein Geld zurückerstattet, kann man nicht hier ein Hotel nennen nur eine ganz alte Gebäude für schlafen, schlechtes Unterkunft was ich bisher gesehen habe, unterscheidet sich völlig von den Fotos, die Sie im Internet sehen kann .Es gibt keine Einrichtungen rund um das Hotel, wie Restaurants und Supermärkte, es gibt keine Möglichkeit Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, man muss ein Taxi nehmen, meiner Meinung ist besser mit den Taxikosten, ein besseres Hotel in gutem Ort reserviert.
