Good stay, but beward of the noise

Cute hotel with good service and comfortable facilities. Included breakfast was really good. If you are a sensitive sleeper, beware of the noise if you have room facing the street, the windows don't block any of the noise and you'll hear every car driving outside.

OMG beautiful and the staff are amazing. Maira and her staff make you feel safe and welcome. We loved this beautiful hotel. The food, the rooms and the service were excellent.

Our stay at Moet was absolutely incredible. From the moment we booked our stay the staff was extremely attentive in offering to book services for us like transportation to and from the airport, book dinner reservations and a beach day trip. Our flight got delayed and they were extremely understanding and immediately rebooked our transport to pick us up. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and clean. The vibe of the hotel is different from your normal, typical hotel, which makes it an even better experience. We looked forward to sitting on the second level outside for breakfast every morning. The breakfast menu is small, but don’t let that fool you. I had a different breakfast every morning and they were all incredible. Every morning in addition to your meal you choose you also get fresh fruit, bread options with butter and fresh jelly along with drinks (coffee, juice, tea or water). The rooftop is the perfect spot to end the night to wind down and listen to and watch the waves. The staff is incredible. If you need any recommendations they are more than happy to offer suggestions or help in any way they can. The location of the hotel is the best. It’s close enough to all the the things you want to go see, but in a part of the walled city that is quiet so you’re not disturbed by noise and you’re not immediately walking out into crowds of people when you leave. Everything we did was a 10-13 minute walk from the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Moet Cartagena . The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The room was spotless, and the the location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and the historic center . I especially think that they should improve the breakfast, give more options and have a menu printed out for the guest. Highly recommend!

Moet Cartagena Boutique is a unique experience. Elegant, quiet and very clean, both in the rooms and in the rest of the facilities. The staff is very attentive to guests' requests, especially Hector, who offers very good guidance regarding interesting places to visit, where to dine and about the history of the city. I loved my stay here. The staff was so caring, and personable. It was in walking distance to a good amount of things. You could also Uber to things. The hotel is small and only serve breakfast, but it was still wonderful.

The property only has seven rooms and is amazingly stylish. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was gourmet. It was probably the best post eggs and avocado that I’ve ever had. It is close to town city center but fairly quiet for Cartagena. We will definitely be recommending other stay there in the future

Amazing! Hotel boutique is a classy chic, super highly tech unique place. Everything in the room is automated, everything! Omg the breakfast 5 stars, and the service; well what can I say. The staff made our holiday a five star experience. It’s a Beautifully decorated boutique hotel in the heart of cartagena. Local to all the sites and a 10 min taxi ride to the local beach. The staff could not do enough to accommodate our every requirement. The breakfast was mage fresh for us every day. The bedrooms were immaculate and spaces. Highly recommend 5⭐️

Moet is a beautiful hotel boutique. It’s super close to everything yet quiet from all that Cartagena has to offer with an amazing sunset view from the rooftop. Cartagena is an awesome city to visit full of colors, music, food, entertainment and tours. The staff is extremely attentive and polite. A special thanks to Mayra, Mari, Y Zerlis for taking care of me while I wasn’t feeling so good. Thank you for my husband’s surprise birthday dessert. And thank you to Esteban for being so kind. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is gorgeous and not open to the public which was a plus. Our room had was 2 levels, washroom and shower/streamer on the 1st with the bedroom and balcony with ocean view on the 2nd. The room was incredibly designed with its layout and vaulted ceiling. The only drawback was there was a lot of ants in the washroom. While we could look past them it was somewhat off putting.

MOET was an amazing experience! The management, Angela and Julian, were welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff addressed us by name the entire stay and were attentive to our every need. From recommendations if where to eat and directions to places on interest, to making sure everything was to our liking. MOET takes place in house built in the 1500's which was renovated to a tasteful and beautiful boutique hotel. Tasteful decor, music, and ambiance in every corner with a beautiful intimate rooftop to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. We found our home away from home in Cartagena.
