1. poor reservation system forcing me to move; inflexible staff
2. inadequate room assignment policy. I wanted a room upstairs, but there was apparently no availability. Early next moring I saw two open unused rooms
3. poor bathroom: shower works hardly
4. low cost facility with low standards. This could be made very nice with some investment
5. Second night at Casa Quero. Just a bit more expensive, but miles nicer

El Gerente es la persona más incompetente y grosera con la que he tratado. Pésimo trato al huésped. Cero conocimiento del ramo hotelero y de servicio al cliente. No reserven aquí, una experiencia lamentable.

Os funcionários são muito prestativos e educados. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito gostoso. Atendimento nota 10. Mas as condições do hotel são um pouco precárias, a escada de acesso aos quartos é irregular. E tem mais escada pra chegar no café da manhã. O banheiro do quarto é muito pequeno. Mas a localização é otima

To begin with they probably don’t have the Hotel enviame in front they use a different name and it’s not in the ad address it is located on the map so when I finally found a place it was close it was nobody in the lobby I called the number and the guy told me that they have oversold all the rooms and they don’t have any room available and I was not going to get my money back because he said that I was too late doing check-in. Something that it was not true because of the page Expedia it doesn’t say that you have to check in at any certain time also he said that this is not the first time he hast to send people away because this is Hotel with overbook the owner of the hotel did not wanna face the customers he sent somebody over what’s on information that it was not accurate regarding the reservations.Arrived at the hotel 11:30 PM and it was not all the hotels close to this one so I have to look for hotels in the middle of the night in a city that we don’t know any country that we don’t know any language that we don’t speak speak

La experiencia con el hotel buena, con la página mala porque ofertaron una tarifa que no era real, pague casi 20 mil pesos de más por noche. Quien me reembolsa ese dinero?? Eso se llama publicidad engañosa.

The room given the first day was really small, it was impossible to move around. Fortunately, the receptionist was able to upgrade my room. Breakfast was good, the service was fine overall.
