「We loved our stay at Kenny's home in Incline! We were there for our micro-wedding in Tahoe so we needed a rental that was going to accommodate our family and friends. Unfortunately, the jets of the hot tub didn't work during our stay but Kenny called us and tried to get it fixed. It was just a bigger issue that needed parts ordered. Otherwise, everything was great!」

「We had a wonderful stay at this townhome. It's incredibly clean and comfortable with large bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. It's perfectly maintained and well appointed. The grocery store is steps away and only a 5 min drive to DiamondPeak ski resort. Even though it's close to everything the location is beautiful and quiet. Helen, the host, is so friendly and communicative. We'll definitely be staying again and would highly recommend.」

This is the only Tahoe rental that we will never rent again. 1) Interior is very old - lights don't work, blinds are broken, master bath tiles are coming off, towel hanger is coming off the wall, several wires exposed (not sure any of them is hot!). 2) Kitchen - plates/cups are chipped, cookwares are very limited. 「Property was clean and was accurately listed. Our arrival was delayed due to flights. We got to the property at 1:00 AM and the door code did not work. Grateful that there was a 24-hour service line. They got us into the property in about 5 minutes. Location was convenient and plenty of parking.」

「The house is adorable and just like it appears in the pictures. Its an easy walk to downtown and a bunch of restaurants etc, and a (relatively) short drive to a ton of hikes around lake Tahoe. Like someone else mentioned, I saw a few families of deer wandering around the neighborhood in the mornings and it was very quiet and peaceful. The host was super helpful and always responded quickly. Check in/out were super easy.」

「We stayed here as a chance to be in the snow and not at the prices of Tahoe. It was a great choice. The house was beautiful and perfect size for the 4 of us (2 adults, 7 and a 3 year old). The back yard was great for the kids to play in the snow, and there was lots of space inside to feel comfortable. We would love to stay here again.」

「We love how clean , bright, and comfortable this house is, and in our favorite location, this is our second time renting it, and we will be back. The reason I have given it 4 stars is for the many stairs going down to the house from the parking lot, can be dangerous when icy and we needed to dig ourselves out from under 4 feet of snow last winter, it was a good workout though;) The house is lovely and when we had issues with kitchen sink blockage we got it fixed pretty fast, and when it snowed...

「The stay was nice. Enjoyed the house and neighborhood. It has a dog pen in the laundry room which was nice when we had to leave, our two small dogs could be put away in the kitchen while we left. I recommend this for families. My kids loves it.」

「This was our 2nd time renting this condo. The location is great, close to activities. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. We have rented many other condos, this one feels like “home”. Elizabeth was so flexible & kind when our plans changed by a day. We’ll stay here any time we are in Tahoe .」

It was just enough space for all of us, but any more it would have been too much. The cottage is an old duplex so keep that in mind... Overall our stay was fine and the place was clean.」
