The location of this hotel is definitely convenient. It is close to the highway and within easy access to many major restaurants, shopping areas, and other conveniences. Unfortunately, my experience with the room and customer service was disappointing. The front desk service came across as dry, dismissive, and nonchalant when I expressed concerns about my room. The original room had a plumbing issue where the water in the bathtub continuously ran and would not shut off. The room also appeared as though it was still under renovation and not completely ready for a guest. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, I was told that this was “not a 5-star hotel,” suggesting that my expectations were too high. I was not expecting a 5-star experience—I was expecting basic accommodations, including working plumbing, a properly maintained room, and professional customer service. I requested to speak with a manager and was informed that the manager was not on the property. After I continued to express my concerns, I was eventually provided with a different room. However, I still have not received any communication or follow-up from management. Overall, the location is a major plus because of its proximity to the highway, restaurants, and shopping. However, the condition of the original room, the dismissive response to my concerns, and the lack of management follow-up significantly affected my stay. There are no words. 62 years of staying in hotels I have never seen a hotel in this shape. It was horrible! 1/ I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. I finally had to call the number on the desk to get them. 2/The rooms were not cleaned. In one room there was a vape, (I thought it was a non-smoking hotel) the chair in one room had ashes and burn marks, one room had no refrigerator the other room’s refrigerator was full of frost and had food, the microwave was disgusting, it had food in it that had exploded and had been there for about 2 years, the floors were covered in who knows urine (animal or human who knows.), Green flies in the bathroom. The smell will make you nauseous. The staff was very friendly and understanding when we left immediately and gave us a full refund. We got a room in a new hotel down the street and showered immediately. We had bug bites around our ankles/legs. I have pictures if there’s a chance to upload I will. This experience was traumatic and will stay with us for a while.

Price was kind of high i would think it would be cheaper because they dnt have breakfast, coffee. I no longer have a dog but if i did this would be a place ill come to stay. Staff is really short with you. The room are big in size as far as TOWELS thinest towels i ever seen and u get exactly 1wash cloth 1towel that is it. Yhey have harewood floors. Plenty of restaurants around for food.

Room was dirty and if you didn't request a refund within 15 minutes, you were denied. Filthy bathroom, beds, and no toiletries provided. Pet friendly which is good, but dog poop all over the grounds. I wouldn't stay there again.

I booked the room mainly for the pool. However, the pool was drained and being maintenanced. The building and room had a very strong scent of fabuloso! I mopped my room with water to reduce the odor of cleanser. The sink was cracked and leaking water onto the floor. The rain was dripping in above the window. The hair dryer only had one prong, but was still plugged in. The positive about this place was affordability through Expedia, very friendly staff, comfortable comforter, vending machines, large, clean lobby, walking distance to food, and pet friendly! Id stay there again.

They first checked me into a room that already had someone staying it. Everything was filthy. I knew what I was getting when I booked a red roof in, but I needed a place to crash for one night. I should have slept outside. This is even lower quality than I expected and thats saying something since the bar was set so low you could trip over it

It was just me and my baby and I just didn’t feel safe. Every hallway reeked of weed. My room was so gross…floor sticky and filthy. Worst bed I’ve ever slept in. It sunk in the second I got in. But staff was very friendly.

The room was obviously not cleaned between customers. The bedding appeared to be washed, but that is where it stopped. The bathroom fixtures were not wiped down, nor the counter tops or the mirror. Also, if you have a cat allergy, don't stay here. There are feral, but some what friendly cats in and out of the lobby.
