"This place worked great for our family of 11 and we felt at home! It was well stocked and very comfortable with the added bonus of the ping pong table/table hockey and.plenty of other games/books.We really enjoyed the rural setting. "Our overall stay was very nice, the property was beautiful. The house was very roomy which was great and it was an easy ride on 116 east to Gettysburg. We found a nice little Italian restaurant in Fairfield called Venturas for easy take home meals. Would stay here again."

"We truly enjoyed our visit to Gettysburg and this large house was not too far away!! We had family from ages 1.5-74 gather together. Great having two kitchens, family rooms!! We were able to be together but have our own bedroom space!! Thank you to the Freckled Farmhouse for a lovely visit!"

"This is an older home in Hagerstown but it is right across from the the new minor league baseball stadium. It is walking distance to restaurants and sites downtown. We really enjoyed all the 90's memorabilia and watched VHS tapes and played games in the evening"

"Super easy to get to next to shopping and Texas Roadhouse, LETSGOOOOO, but yeah quick stop, gentlemen was accommodating as my room wasn't ready I was flexible he got me in another room right away. 10/10 recommend. Room spotless, gym actually had weights and elliptical, definitely a restay."
